My name is Marian Grout and Real Estate is my passion! I am one of the rare and lucky individuals whose passion has also turned out to be integrated into my life. I have served Southeast Michigan for over twenty years and feel honored to be part of DOBI Real Estate. To say that Real Estate is in my blood would be an understatement. As a young girl growing up in the suburbs of St. Louis, I formed my passion for the industry by following my father, a successful Real Estate Investor, out on his appointments. After graduating from college, I began my career in the Hospitality Industry in Sales and Marketing. That career brought me to Michigan where I soon discovered my foray into Real Estate by buying, renting, and flipping homes that evolved into my Real Estate calling.
